How to make it?

  1. Soak the dates in lukewarm water for 15 minutes.
  2. Set aside 6 peanuts for decoration.
  3. Blitz the rest of the peanut mix in a food processor to a smooth flour like consistency.
  4. Add the dates and run the food processor until a dough forms. Too dry? Add a teaspoon of water and mix it again.
  5. Let the dough rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  6. Roll the dough into 10 to 12 equally sized balls.
  7. Creatively decorate the bon-bons with the peanuts you set aside.
