These are our terms and conditions.

This text legally establishes Pineut’s rights and obligations and those of the Pineut customer. Although we always do our utmost to ensure all our customers’ happiness, it is necessary to publish the terms and conditions in this form.

Prices

The prices of the products are indicated in euros incl. VAT.

The prices as stated on the website are always subject to stock availability and involuntary errors in the title, description, price and quantity of the product. We cannot be held liable for (typing) errors that appear in our offers or on our website.

Delivery

Orders placed on business days before 7 p.m. are usually shipped the same business day. After placing the order, it will be shipped via PostNL. This delivery term is an indication, not a binding term.

Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders from € 30.00 incl VAT. For deliveries below an amount of € 25.00 incl VAT, a contribution of € 4.95 in the transport costs will be charged. Deliveries outside the Netherlands: A variable contribution to the transport costs is charged for deliveries outside the Netherlands.

Immediately after the goods are deemed to have been delivered, the buyer bears the risk of all direct and indirect damage which may be caused to or by these goods. By accepting the delivery, you agree that the order has arrived in good order. If your delivery appears damaged on the outside, you must refuse it and have it returned. The buyer knows that we can no longer be held responsible for the condition of the order once the package with the order has been accepted from the transport company.

If there is a problem with the delivery of the order, please contact us at [email protected]. Then we can find a suitable solution together. Return of delivered goods can only take place with express consent on our part and on the conditions to be determined by Food in Concept.

Payments

Payment must be made on the website when ordering. After the payment has been made, the order will be processed.

Service

If you have any questions about Pineut's products, need assistance, or perhaps even inspiration to create a festive atmosphere, we're here for you. We offer lifetime support. Throughout the entire shelf life of the products, we're ready to assist you with advice and action. Together, we'll make something beautiful out of it!

Right of return

There is no right of return as the products that Pineut sells are foodstuffs.

Protection of personal data

In accordance with the legal provisions, you have the right to object to the use of your data for Direct Marketing purposes, you have access to all information we hold about you and you have the option to correct any incorrect data.

Your data can be passed on under strict conditions to process payment and to be able to arrange shipment of your order; like passing on address details to PostNL for delivery of the order.
