How to make it:

1. Fill a carafe with milk and the contents of the pouch bag.
2. Place it in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
3. Strain through a fine sieve and heat for 10-15 minutes in a saucepan over low heat.
4. Sweeten to taste with honey.

Variation tip!

Make an iced chai latte! After preparing, refrigerate for 2 hours. Fill your glasses with ice cubes and serve!
