Pineut Vinaigrette | Italian herbs & spices

Product description

A delightful clash of styles

Check out that sprig of oregano! Isn't it a beauty! And you haven't even tasted it yet. This vinaigrette based on Italian herbs is literally and figuratively divine. According to Greek mythology, Aphrodite 'the goddess of love' personally brought oregano to Earth. That explains that Italian passion.

Sounds heavenly, but what is Vinaigrette?

As Italian as our ingredients may sound, vinaigrette is French. Oui, oui, it's a classic French dressing for la salade. A mixture of oil and vinegar in a ratio of 3 to 1. Typically seasoned with salt, pepper, or herbs. But as you've come to expect from us at Pineut, we do things a bit differently. The blend of (Italian) herbs, spices, and vegetables makes our vinaigrettes stand out. But definitely in a class of their own.

How to make it?

  1. Measure olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a measuring cup.
  2. Add along with a teaspoon of honey to the bottle.
  3. Shake the bottle well and let it sit for at least 1 week.
  4. After 1 week, the vinaigrette is ready to use, no need to strain.
